The discord channel/site lead users to enter the code they received from us which was not affiliated in any way with Nintendo Japan. The bad actors then used the code for themselves which then would result in a code that was used when trying to redeem for a 2nd time by the original buyer.


Never should you share your private code with anyone in discord or a fake website that is not official Nintendo Japan which always starts with https://www.nintendo.co.jp/ Always redeem your code directly onto your console and not through a forged website that imitated Nintendo.

 

With the release of the Nintendo Switch system, the console is now region-free. This means that users (anywhere) are now able to gain access to Japan-specific games and demos.

Users must either sign in or create a separate Japanese eShop account in order to purchase Japanese-exclusive games.

      Product is good but delivery time is misleading

      I bought 3 e-cards from here in total, 9000Y, 5000Y and 1500Y. Whenever I buy them, it always say current delivery time is less than 2 hours. The first time, it took 26 hours for the cards to be delivered, but since they warned about exceptions for the first time due to verification, fine.
      But for the 2nd and 3rd, it once again took between 12-14 hours for the codes to be delivered. Now I get it that there are time differences between where I am and where the sellers are, but in that case DON'T PUT a misleading if not outright false delivery time on the product page.
      The products work fine and the pricing is a bit less here than other places I've seen. But I take 2 stars away for the false advertisement.
